Golden Flash - Astro 7 Theme for Photographers and Creative Studios

A portfolio that sells the work and a storefront that sells the session, with not one byte of framework JavaScript. Golden Flash is a complete photography and creative studio theme built on Astro 7. Every page pre-renders to static HTML, so it loads instantly and deploys anywhere — and it ships zero framework JavaScript, just one small vanilla script.

Blog — 9 articles as Markdown, filed under five category tabs on the directory, with a standfirst, an author row, a full-width banner and a three-post related strip on every one
Packages — 3 photography packages as Markdown, each with its own page: what it is built for, the included list, the price box, an Add to Cart form and five FAQs
Commerce pages — a cart drawer in the navigation bar, checkout, PayPal checkout and order confirmation, with quantity editing, line totals, subtotals and form validation (localStorage-based; wire up Stripe or Lemon Squeezy when you're ready to sell)
Motion that earns its keep — 582 scroll reveals at the design's own offsets and delays, a nine-image hero that scatters in on load, two scroll-linked sections including the sticky portfolio stack that untilts as you pass it, a follow-cursor, endless belts, slot-machine counters, tab sets and accordions — all in one vanilla script, all respecting prefers-reduced-motion
Edit content, not code — add a Markdown file and a line of JSON, and the article, its listing card and its detail page all follow
Design-token system — the whole palette, type scale and spacing ramp are 75 CSS custom properties in one :root block; change them there and every page follows
Self-hosted fonts — BDO Grotesk at six weights and Inter as one variable file, all woff2, no CDN requests
Responsive imagery — 218 srcset attributes across the build, so every picture ships at the size the slot actually needs
TypeScript throughout, zod-validated content schema
