Edit content, not code — every case study, article and service is one Markdown file with zod-validated frontmatter; which items the home page and the related rails feature is one JSON file
Design-token system — 225 custom properties hold the whole colour system, type scale and spacing steps, and /style-guide previews type, colour and buttons on one page
Self-hosted fonts — Averia Sans Libre, Hanken Grotesk, Inter Tight and Geist as woff2, no CDN requests
TypeScript throughout, zod-validated content schema
