TitanPipe is a complete roofing and home-services theme built on Astro 7. Every page pre-renders to static HTML, so it loads instantly and deploys anywhere — and it ships zero framework JavaScript, just one small vanilla script.

• Design-token system — the palette, full type scale and spacing rhythm are CSS custom properties; re-theme the whole site from one :root block, and rebrand in a single line via --color--primary-color, no utility framework to learn

• Self-hosted fonts — Inter Tight as woff2 subsets, no CDN requests

• TypeScript throughout, zod-validated content schemas
