Zenvira is a premium, production-ready template for interior designers, architecture studios, furniture brands, and residential or commercial design practices. Built on Next.js 16, React 19, and TypeScript, it ships with a full set of pre-built pages, an MDX-powered blog and project system, a working shop with cart and checkout, and a fully editable content layer — no CMS or backend required.
Every piece of content lives in JSON or MDX files, so you can launch a real client site in hours without touching the component code.
Tech Stack
Next.js 16 — App Router, server components, static-first rendering
React 19 — latest concurrent features
TypeScript — strict mode, fully typed
MDX — for blog posts and project case studies via
next-mdx-remoteOriginal hand-crafted CSS — the template's own stylesheet, no utility framework and no build-time CSS pipeline to learn
Self-hosted fonts — Bayon and Poppins, served locally with no third-party requests at runtime
Zero backend lock-in — no CMS, no font CDN, no commerce backend dependency
Included Pages and Templates
Homepage — featured-projects showcase, masonry portfolio, animated design-stories slider, services overview, "our history" timeline, growing stat counters, client testimonials, and a blog feed
About — studio story, core values, focus cards, history timeline, testimonials
Services — full service overview with process and FAQ
Contact — contact info and form
Projects — listing page plus 9 MDX case studies with a detail template
Blog — category-tabbed listing plus 9 MDX articles with a detail template
Pricing — three-tier pricing overview plus per-plan detail pages
Shop — 9 products with a grid listing and product detail pages
Checkout, PayPal Checkout, and Order Confirmation — cart-aware flow (no real payment wired; UI demo)
Utility — style guide, license, changelog, 401 password-protected, and 404
Everything prerenders to static HTML — 47 routes, all faithful to the original design.
Easy Content Editing
All editable content lives in the project's src/content folder — you never have to touch component code to launch the site. Update these files in any text editor:
blog/*.mdx— blog articles (frontmatter for title, image, category, author, date; Markdown for the body)products.json— shop products (name, category, price, image) — one source of truth for the grid, the detail pages, and the cartprojects.json— portfolio case studies (title, description, client, category, colour, location, type, images)pricing.json— pricing plans (name, price, description, feature list)
Add or edit a file and its page updates on the next build — the listing and the dynamic detail route pick it up automatically. Every other page is a plain page.tsx you can edit directly, and the navbar and footer are shared components edited once.
Performance and SEO
Server-rendered, static-first pages out of the box (App Router)
Self-hosted fonts — no third-party CDN requests at runtime
