Motion that earns its keep — 607 scroll reveals in eleven presets, 48 staggered groups, 98 photographs that settle from behind a wipe, a loader that splits its wordmark character by character before the hero arrives, a six-slot services picker, four sliders with the full Webflow algorithm transcribed, 50 FAQ disclosures, two tab sets with the ARIA keyboard pattern, three marquees, an arrow that follows the pointer, and 4,428 dots pulsing on their own random offsets — all in one 11 KB vanilla script, all respecting prefers-reduced-motion
Edit content, not code — every case study, article and service is one Markdown file with zod-validated frontmatter; what belongs to the design rather than to any one item is JSON, because it is not a document
Four primitives instead of 783 copies — the 17-row dot matrix the design uses 108 times, the labelled rule it uses 61 times, the two-layer hover text button it uses 552 times and the framed button it uses 62 times, each rendering the original markup exactly
Design-token system — 152 custom properties hold the whole colour system, type scale and spacing steps, and /style-guide previews type, colour, buttons and form controls on one page
Self-hosted fonts — Anton, Inter Tight and Space Grotesk as woff2, no CDN requests
TypeScript throughout, zod-validated content schema
